Company registration, VAT details, insurance position, commercial scope and consumer procedures must be confirmed before this document is treated as final.
Payment, Subscription and Cancellation Policy
Effective date: Effective upon commercial launch
1. Deposits
A deposit may reserve project capacity and authorize preliminary work. The quotation must state whether the deposit is refundable, partially refundable or non-refundable after specified work begins, subject to mandatory consumer law.
2. Invoices
Invoice due dates are stated on the invoice or accepted quotation. Disputed amounts should be raised promptly and with supporting information.
3. Subscriptions
Subscription duration, renewal, included services and cancellation method must be shown before purchase. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund a period already supplied, except where law or the specific offer provides otherwise.
4. Customer cancellation
Cancellation fees may reflect work performed, reserved capacity, committed third-party costs and non-recoverable materials. Mandatory consumer withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
5. Systems Studio cancellation
Systems Studio may cancel or suspend an order where performance is impossible, unlawful, unsafe, materially under-specified or blocked by non-payment. Amounts paid for undelivered work will be addressed according to the contract and applicable law.
6. Refund method
Approved refunds are normally returned using the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed.
