1. Scope

Professional work is limited to the services, stages, disciplines, deliverables and assumptions stated in the accepted quotation.

2. Client information

Systems Studio may rely on information, surveys, dimensions, drawings, calculations and documents supplied by the client or third parties unless verification is explicitly included.

3. Site conditions

Hidden conditions, inaccessible installations and undocumented defects may require revised assumptions, additional investigation or a change order.

4. Approvals and authorities

Regulatory approval, permit acceptance and third-party approval are not guaranteed unless an express written obligation states otherwise.

5. Changes

Changes to scope, programme, design basis, client instructions or supplied information may affect price and timing.

6. Deliverable status

Drafts, studies, estimates and concept documents must not be treated as construction-ready unless expressly identified as final for that purpose.

7. Cost estimates

Estimates are based on available information, market assumptions and stated exclusions. Supplier prices, labour rates and project conditions may change.

8. Independent inspection

Inspection and evidence services document observed conditions within the agreed scope and do not guarantee the absence of hidden defects.
