Information for Private Consumers

This page provides general pre-contract information for private consumers. The checkout or quotation must provide the final product-specific information before an order is placed.

1. Main characteristics

The relevant product page, service scope, quotation or order confirmation describes the main characteristics of the goods or services.

2. Total price

Consumers will be shown the total price including applicable VAT, delivery charges and mandatory fees before becoming bound.

3. Payment

Available payment methods may include card, Bancontact, bank transfer, SEPA or another method shown at checkout.

4. Delivery or performance

Expected delivery or performance timing will be stated in the order confirmation or accepted quotation.

5. Complaints

Complaints may be sent to info@systemsstudio.eu. Consumers should identify the order or project reference and describe the requested resolution.

6. Withdrawal and exceptions

Distance contracts may carry a statutory withdrawal right. Exceptions may apply to customized goods, certain digital content, fully performed services and other cases provided by law.

7. Early commencement of services

Where a consumer asks Systems Studio to begin a paid service during the withdrawal period, the request must be explicit. If the consumer later withdraws before completion, payment may be due for the proportion already performed where legally permitted.

8. Legal guarantee

Mandatory legal conformity rights apply to consumer goods and, where applicable, digital content and digital services.
