fermacell® Wall & Floor Systems

Professional wall, lining, enclosure and dry-floor concepts for renovation, architectural interiors and technical-space integration. Systems can include gypsum-fibre boards, acoustic insulation, fire-resistant assemblies, dry screed floor elements and low-profile Therm25™ floor heating.

Wall & Floor System Options

Wall systems

Partition Wall Systems

Lightweight metal-frame or timber-frame partitions using dense gypsum-fibre boards for residential, professional and technical interiors.

Linings

Wall Linings & Service Voids

Independent linings, direct linings and technical cavities for electrical, plumbing, data, ventilation and other building-services routes.

Acoustics

Acoustic Wall Systems

Multi-layer wall concepts combining dense boards, resilient construction and mineral insulation to improve airborne-sound performance.

Fire protection

Fire-Resistant Construction

Fire-rated partition, shaft, ceiling and enclosure concepts subject to the selected tested assembly, project requirements and applicable regulations.

Dry floors

Dry Screed Floor Elements

Lightweight, rapid floor construction for renovation projects where conventional wet screed would add excessive weight, moisture or waiting time.

Low-profile heating

Therm25™ Floor Heating

Routed gypsum-fibre floor panels for low-profile hydronic heating layouts, suitable for renovation studies and low-temperature heat-pump operation.

System Application

Typical construction

Wall & Floor Build-Up

  • Metal or timber supporting structure.
  • Acoustic or thermal insulation layer.
  • fermacell® gypsum-fibre boards.
  • Joint treatment and finishing system.
  • MEP service cavities and coordinated penetrations.
  • Dry screed or Therm25™ floor construction.
  • Compatible final wall or floor finish.
Engineering support

Systems Studio Role

  • Interior renovation and layout studies.
  • Wall and floor system pre-selection.
  • Acoustic and fire-performance coordination.
  • Electrical, plumbing and ventilation integration.
  • Technical shafts and equipment enclosures.
  • Material quantities and cost-estimation support.
  • Construction details and implementation review.

Therm25™ + BEMCO PAC Integration

Floor heating concept

Low-Temperature Renovation Heating

Therm25™ can be studied as a low-profile hydronic floor-heating solution connected to a BEMCO air-to-water heat pump. The concept is particularly relevant where renovation height, structural loading and drying time are limited.

  • Low construction height.
  • Dry installation method.
  • Reduced added floor weight.
  • Fast response compared with heavy screed systems.
  • Potential compatibility with low-temperature PAC operation.
Energy coordination

BEMCO PAC Technical Study

Systems Studio can coordinate preliminary heat-loss calculations, heating-circuit zoning, flow-temperature strategy, hydraulic integration, electrical requirements and photovoltaic self-consumption logic.

Design & Documentation

Project documentation

Technical Design Package

The project package can include layout drawings, wall-type references, floor build-ups, service-zone coordination, junction details, quantities and installation notes adapted to the renovation scope.
