This FAQ explains the most important boundaries of AITP: financial responsibility, Coinbase account ownership, API key handling, subscription access, and platform limitations.
Is this financial advice?
No. AITP is software infrastructure. It is designed for portfolio visibility, runtime monitoring, audit telemetry, and controlled trading platform access. It does not provide personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Do clients keep control of Coinbase?
Yes. Clients remain responsible for their own Coinbase account, credentials, assets, exchange settings, and financial decisions. AITP connects to the client account through API credentials configured during onboarding.
Do you guarantee profit?
No. No trading platform, automation system, AI model, runtime control, signal, or dashboard feature can guarantee profit or prevent losses. Crypto markets are volatile, and clients must understand the risk of partial or total capital loss.
How are API keys handled?
API keys should be submitted only through a secure onboarding workflow. Public static forms should never be used for secret API credentials. The production workflow should include authenticated access, encrypted handling, restricted permissions, audit logging, and clear client consent.
- Clients should create limited API permissions.
- Unnecessary permissions should not be enabled.
- API credentials remain sensitive and must be protected.
- Credential handling must be reviewed before commercial activation.
What happens if a subscription expires?
If a subscription expires, becomes past due, or is cancelled, dashboard access can be suspended or restricted. The intended architecture checks subscription status at login and prevents unpaid or inactive accounts from using client platform access.
Can Enterprise or Corporate clients create their own customers?
No. Enterprise and Corporate editions are controlled access environments. They do not include Systems Studio owner/admin rights, tenant creation authority, client resale rights, or platform ownership rights unless a separate written agreement exists.
What is the difference between Client, Enterprise, and Corporate Edition?
- Client Edition: individual subscription access from €99/month.
- Enterprise Edition: internal company access from €499/month.
- Corporate Edition: dedicated corporate infrastructure from €1,500/month.
Can I see a demo before subscribing?
Yes. AITP includes a demo and media layer for walkthroughs, screenshots, architecture explanation, and future onboarding videos.
